ADMISSION PROCEDUREFollow the basic steps below to successful apply and get accepted into
Ciu or Eastern Mediterranean University, North Cyprus

STAGE 1: APPLYING AND GETTING ADMITTED

To receive your admission letter, you are required to submit:

Filled Application Form
Scan originals or certified photocopies of Higher Secondary School Certificate and transcript (mark sheets,
Certificate of O level/A level /SSCE/ HSSCE/ WAEC/ NECO/Bachelor/Master’s )
One passport-sized photograph
Two letters of reference (one must be academic)
Photocopy of your International passport (relevant page)

STAGE 2: have two types

A} OK TO BOARD

B}  THE VISA PROCESS

A} OK TO BOARD

this will take us 7 days to get your documents processed and then you get visa to come to North Cyprus , its the fastest means of visa to North Cyprus and 100% quarranteed visa approval

B}  THE VISA PROCESS

this process may take 1 to two months to process because we send your papers to Cyprus and return them to Turkish embassy in abuja its stressful and same visa  with the Ok to board but ok to board is faster

now  after you fill and submit the application form to us, we will contact you and then direct you on the next step which  involves immediately obtaining these documents below to apply for you visa to North Cyprus in the nearest
Turkish Embassy or Consulate.Admission letter and confirmation/Invitation letter
Completed Visa application form
Photocopy of Passport
Passport with at least 1 year validity
8-15 recent passport-sized photographs (some embassies may ask for only two – check with your embassy to
confirm)
Bank statement to prove financial ability OR sponsorship letter and bank statement from the person
bearing your
expenses during your stay in North Cyprus (these may not be a requirement for all nationalities –
check with your embassy to confirm)
Medical health certificate, with examination completed no earlier than two months before start of study
Medical insurance confirmation letter(these may not be a requirement for all nationalities – check with your
embassy to confirm)

An open-ended return ticket valid for one year(these may not be a requirement for all nationalities –
check with your embassy to confirm)
Attested original academic certificates(including transcript and mark sheet) for first year bachelor’s students
Additional documents for master’s and PhD students include a diploma/degree certificate, transcripts and mark
sheets of all academic years
You may also require details of your permanent address and term time address so make sure you have these
written down/memorized.

STAGE 3: THE ARRIVAL

After getting your visa from Turkish embassy or Consulate, students must inform us of his/her flight details with
date and arrival time at least 4-5 days prior to arrival.
This enable us to track your flight and also to have one of our pre-confirmed representatives waiting to receive
you at the final destination airport (Ecran Airport) in North Cyprus.

As your educational consultant, we will provide you full information at your request that will help you prepare for
your journey to North Cyprus. This might include detailed  information about course and Fees, about hostel
accommodation charges and  options, and  other expenses for the first year including intermediary company
charges, details about city orientation programs.
